Crystal Point, a 269-unit, 42-story condominium building on Jersey City’s waterfront has opened their sales office. The sales team seemed happily surprised that they have sold 20 units in the first 3 weeks on the market. I would expect for things to really slow down after that first little burst of interest. Those 20 buyers had 2 years to watch the building go up.
While the building was designed with young singles in mind, it turns out that it's couples & families in their 30s & 40s who are actually making offers.
The building features one-, two- and three-bedroom condos, ranging in size from 800 to 1,817 sq. ft. Homes range in price from $435,000 to $1.85 million for a penthouse. We hear that it is a nice building but I can't understand why they don't put up ANY pictures of it on their web site. What are they hiding?
