The final sales numbers are not in yet, but here is how they were listed.

Penthouse 5:
2,260 sq. ft. plus a 210 sq. ft. terrace
$3.25 million

Penthouse A
2,107 sq. ft. plus a 1,147 sq. ft. terrace
$3.1 million

The previous price record for Long Island City had been $1.84 million for a 3 bedroom at the Arris Lofts in 2006.
