Guess who filed for bankruptcy in 2005 when he was living in NYC. Gossip-hound Perez Hilton, aka Mario Lavandeira, lost it all three years ago and gave up life in New York. As a student at New York University, he had a little too much fun with his credit cards and was forced to declare bankruptcy. He was ahead of the pack even then.If he can bounce back then so can you. Our advice...go to an open house and make an offer on the home of your dreams. What do you have to loose? If this guy can bounce back then there is hope for the rest of us too.
